Artist Statement	Self taught potter of 24 years experience, specialising in Raku and Pit Firing, Functional wheel-thrown and decorative pieces. Recently returned from residency in Shigaraki Institute of Ceramics where he fired Anagama and Naborygama wood-fired kilns, also studied in Tajimi with rakumaster Mr Shibata.
